Package orders require a minimum of 2 weeks notice, are included in the room deposit, and are non-refundable. Packaged orders are only available for booked guests.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

Trip Cancellation "Insurance" covers unexpected cancellations up until 48 hours before check-in for the price of coverage plus an additional $25 processing fee if a cancellation occurs.

Small Dog

Loyal Canine Companion Package

Stay in our Napoleon Room or Carriage House and bring one small, well-behaved dog for an additional nightly fee. Dogs must be no larger than 20 Lbs for the Napoleon Room and no larger than 50 Lbs in the Carriage House. A refundable pet deposit of $200 also applies. The pet deposit will be taken after your booking is confirmed. Additional rules apply.

Tesla Destination Charger

Tesla Car Charging

Available for our green wheel guests is our two Tesla car charging stations! They are able to handle Tesla vehicles and will be an included amenity to our overnight guests! Our chargers will also be located through GPS, indicating to all Tesla drivers where to stay in the Hershey area while they, like their car, can be charged up and refreshed! With approx. 8 hours for a full single charge, the connectors will offer 270 miles back into your Tesla Travel experience!
